From what time may I check-in, and at what time shall I check-out ?
Our rooms are available from 3 p.m., until 11 a.m.

Do you have a private parking ?
We may book a private parking place for 12 € per vehicle and per night. Booking in advance is highly recommended.

What happens if I ever cancel my reservation ?
Our cancellation conditions are quite simple. You may cancel your reservation until the day of your arrival, at 6 p.m. If not, the amount of the 1st night will be debited from the card used as a guarantee. 

Is the center of Chartres easy to reach from your place ?
Our house is located in the city center, less than 600 meters from the Cathedral and shops. We may provide you a city map upon your arrival, and remain at your entire disposal to advise you.

Does the hotel have an elevator ?
We have no lift, but we would be very happy to help you with your bags and suitcases.

Is the hotel accessible for disabled people ?
2 of our rooms are located on the ground floor, and are especially equipped for disabled people. On the other hand, we may help people having trouble to walk, to climb the steps.

Is it allowed to smoke in my room ?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.

What kind of breakfast is it ?
It is a continental buffet breakfast, which costs 14 € (or 16€ in room service).

Do you have a restaurant ?
Enjoy our restaurant Le Molière, at 200m from our hotel.
